Building Heroes provides military veterans with a rapid transition into a new career in construction by equipping them with a broad range of trade skills and then connecting them with a network of employers. It is estimated there are 120,000 unemployed veterans and a significant skills shortage in the building trades – we offer a unique programme which allows them to progress quickly into employment, self-employment or further training.
